Schedule Appointment for Ultrasound at Magnolia Ultrasound Imaging Center

For your convenience, please send your physician's order for ultrasound in one of three ways to facilitate your ultrasound appointment scheduling:

- Send an image of your order via text to 618-922-6272.

- Send an image or copy of your order via email to muicsono@gmail.com.

- Send your order via fax to 854-238-3132.

Please note that we will not be able to provide care at the Magnolia Ultrasound Imaging Center until the order is received.
