We understand that waiting for results can be stressful. Our facility is equipped with the latest technology, and our team of experts works efficiently to ensure that you receive highly accurate results in a timely manner.  All of Medical Diagnostic Ultrasound exams will be read within 24 hours. If there is an immediate emergent need, STAT reads are available in less than 2 hours. Your physician will be notified.

Our imaging services are offered at capped, transparent pricing to ensure affordability and clarity. We do not bill insurance and operate on a direct-pay basis. This approach allows us to keep costs low and provide high-quality care without unexpected charges. Detailed pricing is listed out for each exam under the Service Tab.

Our team of professionals is dedicated to providing you with the best possible care. They are highly experienced and qualified in their respective fields. Our sonographers are registered with ARDMS holding additional specialty credentials in Abdomen, Obstetrics, Gynecology, RVT, Breast, and Fetal Echo.

We are located at 200 N Pearl, Salem, Il. We share office space with Nest Birth and Wellness. This is located on the north side of Dr. Smith's Chiropractic Office, sharing office space with Nest Birth and Wellness.

The most efficient way to schedule an appointment is to have your healthcare provider fax the order to our office at 854-238-3132. Once the order is received, a member of our staff will contact you to arrange your ultrasound appointment.

Please note that a credit or debit card is required at the time of scheduling.

If you have any questions, feel free to call or text 618-922-6272. If your provider has already given you the order directly, you are also welcome to call us to schedule your appointment.

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments will be charged a $35.00 cancellation fee.
